Ask a questionIs combined heat and power actually clean?
Capturing the heat is what makes the difference. A condensing power plant throws away roughly two thirds of its fuel energy; a well-matched CHP system puts most of that heat to work, reaching total efficiencies near eighty-five percent and materially cutting emissions per unit of useful energy delivered.
What size host makes sense for CHP?
A steady year-round thermal load is the real test. Hospitals, universities, data centres, food processors, hotels and wastewater plants are the usual strong fits, generally from about 500 kW upward.
Can thermal pair with our solar?
That is usually the strongest configuration. Solar covers daylight, thermal covers the base load and cold snaps, and storage smooths the transitions. We help you evaluate the three together rather than letting them be bolted on one at a time by three separate providers.
