Gridless Global
Powering a Connected Future
Trades & Construction
Electrical projects can involve service capacity, equipment, utility coordination, engineering, permitting, installation, inspection and commissioning. Gridless Global helps the owner organize the project information and the professional relationships around it: intended use, desired capacity, equipment preferences, site information, budget objectives, constraints, proposals received, utility communications, permit and inspection status, and contractor-reported milestones. Load calculations, technical design, code determinations, specifications requiring professional judgement, permitting responsibility, installation and testing are performed or approved by the appropriately licensed electrical contractor or design professional.
Owner-side project advisory, coordination and administration from planning through closeout. Gridless organizes the people, information, documentation, budgets and decisions, while appropriately licensed contractors and professionals remain responsible for regulated work.
What we help with
By the numbers
Always free
Before you spend anything, we measure the property and rank every improvement by payback. The analysis and the consultation are both free, with no obligation to go ahead.
What we organize
Capacity increases, main panel replacement, sub-panels and smart panels that support solar, storage and EV charging.
Whole-property rewiring, dedicated circuits, knob-and-tube and aluminium remediation.
Three-phase distribution, switchgear, motor controls, transformers and machine connections.
LED retrofits, controls and occupancy sensing, interior, exterior and parking areas.
Intermittent faults, nuisance tripping, power quality problems and thermal imaging of panels.
Correction scopes, condition reporting and the documentation insurers and authorities ask for.
How we work
The licensed electrician assesses existing service, panel and wiring condition; we make sure it is documented.
A load calculation by the licensed electrician confirms what the service can genuinely carry.
The licensed electrician on your job files the permit; we track it and keep inspections moving.
Carried out by the licensed electrician you engage. We keep the documentation, access arrangements and sign-off records organized around it.
Testing, labelling and inspection sign-off before handover.

How licensed work is handled
Gridless Global provides owner-side advisory, project-administration and coordination services. Gridless does not perform regulated trade or professional work. Construction, installation, engineering and other services requiring licensure are separately performed by appropriately licensed independent professionals responsible for their own work. The scope Gridless can offer varies by jurisdiction.
Next step
A measured energy analysis tells you which improvements actually pay, and in what order. It is the cheapest thing we do and the most useful place to begin.
