EV Charging Projects

From a single commercial charger to multi-site charging infrastructure, Gridless Global helps owners organize objectives, site information, provider communications, budgets, documentation and deployment tracking. Licensed electrical contractors and engineers remain responsible for electrical design, load determinations, code compliance, permitting and installation.

Owner-side project advisory, coordination and administration from planning through closeout. Gridless organizes the people, information, documentation, budgets and decisions, while appropriately licensed contractors and professionals remain responsible for regulated work.

What we organize

What Gridless helps organize on your project

Talk to a project advisor
01

Home charging

Level 2 installation with the circuit and panel work done properly, including the load calculation and permit your licensed electrician carries.

02

Workplace & multifamily

Shared charging with access control, cost allocation and submetering that keeps billing fair.

03

Fleet depots

Depot design around duty cycles and dwell time, with managed charging that avoids setting new demand peaks.

04

DC fast charging

High-power installations including utility coordination, transformer work and site civils.

05

Load management

Dynamic power sharing that lets an existing service support several times more chargers than static sizing would allow.

06

Solar & storage integration

Charging paired with on-site generation and batteries so the demand charge does not eat the fuel savings.

How we work

A sequence that keeps the project honest

  1. 01

    Assess

Service capacity, panel space and duty cycles established first.

  2. 02

    Plan

Phased layout with conduit and capacity for later stages.

  3. 03

    Install

Licensed electrical work, permits and inspection, coordinated for you.

  4. 04

    Network

Access control, billing and monitoring configured.

  5. 05

    Manage

Load management tuned so charging never sets a new peak.

Common questions

Something not covered here? Ask us directly - we would rather answer it properly than have you guess.

Ask a question
Do I need a service upgrade for home charging?
Often not. A load calculation frequently shows existing capacity is adequate, and where it is marginal a load-management device that pauses charging during peak household demand is far cheaper than a new service.
How many chargers can our site support?
With static sizing, capacity divided by charger rating. With dynamic load management, typically three to five times that, because vehicles rarely all charge at full power simultaneously.
Can we charge users?
Yes. Networked chargers support per-session, per-kWh or time-based billing with access control by card, app or RFID.

How licensed work is handled

Gridless Global provides owner-side advisory, project-administration and coordination services. Gridless does not perform regulated trade or professional work. Construction, installation, engineering and other services requiring licensure are separately performed by appropriately licensed independent professionals responsible for their own work. The scope Gridless can offer varies by jurisdiction.

Next step

Let us start with the numbers

A measured energy analysis tells you which improvements actually pay, and in what order. It is the cheapest thing we do and the most useful place to begin.

  • No-obligation consultation and budget guidance
  • Independent - we answer to you, not to a contractor
  • Incentives handled, permits tracked for you
  • Warranty paperwork collected and registered in your name
