Energy Grant Writing

There is substantially more money available for energy projects than most organisations ever claim, and it goes to whoever writes the better application. Our grant team identifies the programmes you actually qualify for, builds the technical and financial narrative, assembles the submission, and stays on after the award to handle the reporting and compliance obligations that follow.

Common questions

Something not covered here? Ask us directly - we would rather answer it properly than have you guess.

Ask a question
Who qualifies for energy grants?
Municipalities, school districts, non-profits, tribal entities, agricultural producers, rural small businesses and manufacturers all have dedicated programmes. Homeowners generally access incentives and rebates rather than grants, which we also handle.
How are you paid?
Usually a fixed fee for the search and writing work. Contingency-only arrangements are prohibited on most federal awards, so we structure fees to stay compliant with the funder’s own rules.
How long does a grant cycle take?
Typically three to nine months from application to award notice, plus the reporting period. Build that into the project schedule rather than assuming funding arrives on your timeline.
