Disclosure of Information
WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WE DO NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING OR TARGETED ADVERTISING.
We disclose personal information only as follows:

They are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.

Payments
Payments made through the Site are handled by our third-party payment provider and its underlying card processor. When you proceed to payment, you are presented with the provider's own secure payment form. The information you enter there is collected directly by the provider under its own privacy policy and security controls. We receive confirmation of the outcome, the amount, the reason for payment, any invoice or job reference, the name and email you supplied for the receipt, and a transaction identifier. We use this solely to apply the payment to your account, issue a receipt, and maintain our financial records.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site is built as a static website and does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics profiling, cross-site trackers, pixels or fingerprinting. Any storage used is limited to what is necessary for the Site to function or to remember an interface preference on your own device.
Embedded third-party content, such as an interactive educational model or a hosted payment form, is delivered by the third party and may set its own cookies or local storage when it loads, under that party's own policy. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect the functioning of embedded features. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no common standard for their interpretation has been adopted; we do honour recognised opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
Communications, Calls and Text Messages
Where you provide a telephone number, you consent to be contacted at that number by Gridless Global and its authorised representatives regarding your enquiry, estimate or project, including by call and text message and including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us using the details below. Operational messages necessary to an active project, and records we are required to retain, may continue. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, licensing, warranty, insurance and regulatory obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for a limited period and then deleted or de-identified.
- Project, contract, warranty and financial records are retained for the periods required by Florida law, applicable statutes of limitation and repose, warranty duration and tax requirements.
- Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record to ensure we honour your opt-out.
- Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. The Site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, payment handling is delegated to a PCI-compliant provider, and access to project records is limited to personnel with a legitimate need.
NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET AND NO METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WHILE WE APPLY REASONABLE SAFEGUARDS, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION, AND WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, ACQUISITION OR DISCLOSURE NOT CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOU TRANSMIT INFORMATION TO US AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access details associated with your project and for the security of the devices and email accounts you use to communicate with us.
Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and to the records we are obliged to retain, you may:
- Access - request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you and obtain a copy;
- Correct - request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete - request deletion of information we are not required to keep;
- Portability - request a copy in a portable format, where applicable law provides that right;
- Opt out - unsubscribe from marketing email, stop text messages, or ask that we cease contacting you entirely; and
- Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent, withdraw it prospectively.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity by reasonable means before acting, which may require you to confirm information already associated with your enquiry or project. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. You may use an authorised agent where permitted by law, subject to proof of authority.
State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain states, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and comparable legislation in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states, may have additional rights regarding personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
As stated above, Gridless Global does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and does not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Requests to exercise state privacy rights may be submitted using the contact details below. Where a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond in writing with our reasoning within the period required by law.
Children's Privacy
The Site is directed to a general and business audience and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Third-Party Sites and Embedded Content
The Site links to and, in places, embeds content operated by third parties. Such links and embeds are provided for convenience and reference only and do not constitute endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of any third party. Reviewing the privacy policy of any third party before providing information to it is your responsibility.
Users Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. Any information you provide will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Site you consent to that transfer and processing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or business. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and takes effect upon posting. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance.
